Catalyst periodically offers discount codes through affiliates, ambassadors, giveaways, YouTube livestreams, website banners, and other promotions. When you have a code, it can be applied at checkout to reduce the price of a Challenge purchase or a reset.
Where to find a discount code
Catalyst doesn't always have an active promo code, but when one is available, you'll usually find it in one of these places:
The website banner — check the top of tradecatalyst.com for any current promotion running.
Ambassadors and affiliates — community members and partners occasionally share codes through their own channels, so it's worth following people you trust in the Catalyst community.
Support is not able to provide discount codes or apply discounts to existing purchases. If there isn't one available right now, the best thing to do is keep an eye on the website and community channels.
Applying a code — Challenge purchase
After creating your account, you will be brought to the checkout page at tradecatalyst.com. On the right side of the checkout, click Apply discount → — a code field will appear. Type your code and click Apply.
If your code is valid, you will see the discount applied with the updated total.
If the code is not recognized, you will see an error message saying the discount code is invalid.
Applying a code — Reset purchase
Click the Reset button on your dashboard. On the reset checkout page, click Apply discount → on the right side of the screen, enter your code, and click Apply. The process is the same as the Challenge checkout.
One code per transaction
You cannot combine multiple codes on a single purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
My code isn't working — what should I do?
Check for typos first. Codes are not case-sensitive, but extra spaces or stray characters will cause an error. If you copied and pasted the code, try typing it in manually instead. Copy-paste can sometimes introduce hidden characters or spaces.
If the code came from an affiliate, ambassador, or giveaway, confirm with them that it is still active. Codes can expire or have a limited number of uses. If you have verified the code is correct and it is still showing as invalid, contact our support team with the code you received and where you got it.
Forgot to apply your code?
Codes must be applied before completing your purchase. If payment has already been processed, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
