How withdrawals are processed
Catalyst processes withdrawals through Dots, a global payout provider. When you submit a withdrawal request, Dots handles the transfer to your chosen payment method.
This is why you may see the Dots name or interface during the withdrawal and KYC verification process — it is the payment infrastructure Catalyst uses behind the scenes.
How to request a withdrawal
Click the green wallet icon in the top-right navigation
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Select your withdrawal method from the options available in your country
Click Submit Withdrawal Request

The withdrawal methods available to you depend on your country of residence. Not all methods are available in every country. What you see during the withdrawal process reflects what is supported in your location at the time of your request.

Once you select a withdrawal method and submit your request, it can't be changed or reversed. Traders are responsible for choosing the method that works best for them before submitting.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the expected timeframe, contact support with:

The date you submitted the request
Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. If identity verification is incomplete, your withdrawal will be held until it is approved.
